What reason should I prove to say I like both? Only if I said "I like this better than that" or if I said "I hate this", would there be a reason to explain myself.

Also, I wouldn't use the term "I hate macs", if you don't have much experience with them. All that means, is that you havent used one.
The new macs are a lot better than the older ones. I have used the newest ones (before the huge 27inch screen), and I found it very easy to use.

I suggest using the new ones, THEN you can say which you hate/like better

That's just like saying "I like both apples and oranges" can't have a reason behind it. You can say you like apples because the tart, sweet flavour appeals to you, but you also like oranges because citris fruits are delicious as well. I've been driving for half a year [since i was fifteen and a half] on and off. I've only driven like four times or so. Once though I drove in a blizzard in an empty parking lot. I got up to live 25mph P: It was pretty fun. I think I actually like driving in the snow better than on a clear day. Keeps it entertaining and you thinking.

I think the DS one looks sleeker, but she'd probably enjoy the original more ^__^ I know that even though the newer pokemon games are sleeker, I enjoy the old ones far more just for the memories they bring back. So you should go old school

I just hate Macs because they annoy me. I was using an older version and that may be why too- it was a laptop provided by the school. Where I was living (in Maine) all schools are provided with free Mac Laptops, but they were older types. Nothing worked the way I wanted it to, and I wasn't given enough time to work everything out and figure the system out. I think my hate of them is due to a lack of experience than out of actually "hating" them. This is why I'm willing to try a newer Mac out. I think I might actually like Macs if I was given one to work with for a while and figure out.

I've realized that most my friends have very strong views on either computer. Some absolutely hate Macs and will only use Windows, and for others it's the other way around. So, which do you prefer? And why?

I hate Macs personally, and the last time I worked with one it almost went out the freakin' window. I only work with Windows. However I've been informed that Mac is far superior, and am now debating on whether or not to switch over and try Macs again (I'm soon going to be saving up for a Laptop, and while originally I was going with a Toshiba Satellite, I might go for a Mac now). Feel free to try and change my mind
