Yes, scholarships are amazing. Especially when you're looking at an out of state school, and you get a reciprocal scholarship. That makes a savings of, hm..., let's see, for me it means a savings of about ten thousand a year. Financial aid covered a lot more of the cost for me, but a few outside scholarships definitely saved me about $5-8k this year.  Very helpful. $18k total for the last two semesters. Feels good man.

i'm pretty good driving in the snow and what not but you know stuff happens, i have skidded into a snow bank due to ice when slowing down for a stop. was also driving my ex home one time i notice some ice patches up ahead slowed down and hit a covered patch told to her to hang on and car ended up doing a 180 or so over to the other side of road in the ditch and got that car stuck good. but i handle both oops very way and no damage and no hurt ^_^ What on Earth? It's not like ice punches your car.

19 seconds for PSCS4 64-bit boot up. The logo box showed up at 12. Firefox took 22 seconds to start up.... with a crap load of tabs. I'd say that isn't too bad. [off topic]You measure your browser startup time in multiple seconds? I am horrified. This is why I love Chrome.[/off topic]

I don't dislike OSX. I don't dislike Macs. I dislike the price tag put on them both. OSX was designed with good intentions, and is superior to Windows in that aspect, however Windows has the software and familiarity OSX lacks. Macs have great build quality but are overpriced for their hardware.
So, I'm a Windows man.

I was staying up late, like normal, and I went upstairs for a snack. I saw the light in my dad's computer room was on, so I decided to say hey. Walked in, said "Hey", turned the corner, and looked at his screen.
He was looking at porn. >.<
I made a quick exit after that.

First of all, a part of corporate America is after some unobtainable metal on a planet (technically a moon) called Pandora. What's the metal called? Unobtainium. Really? The absurdity of this name is never referenced in the movie, so one can only assume the writers actually found this clever. All's it'd take is an off-hand remark like, "Know why they call it unobtainium? Because you can't get it anywhere else." Something to suggest that even people in the Avatar universe find the name ridiculous, but for whatever reason, the name stuck. But no, we're led to believe that they take it seriously. Seeing as it's only mentioned a handful of times in the movie, it's easy to ignore, so it's not a huge gripe. I'd just like to point out.. UnobtainiumThey didn't invent it, it's sort of a classic term.

I failed my first time, so congrats on that. Irony is that I'm one of the best, safest drivers I know. Seriously. I got skillz. Same thing here. My instructor was so nitpicky. Light changed to yellow while I was in the intersection, so he failed me. wtf.

Well they also added shitloads of unnecessary extra boxes; Videos Being Viewed, Videos Recently Viewed, Videos Suggested for You, Videos Suggested for Other Users it's pretty bad imo. Those have been there for AGES.

Well I'm not giving this specific book to someone, but I liked it so much I'm buying another online and having it shipped directly to a friend that lives in another state. Hopefully that counts.
